We provide affiliates with copy and content.

Voucher codes.
We may, on occasion, issue unique voucher codes to special affiliate partnerships.
These unique voucher codes belong to the affiliate whom we have issued the code to.
Affiliates are requested to contact us for their own unique voucher codes.
All requests will be done on a case by case basis.
We request that affiliates display and expiry date so as not to confuse your visitors.

PPC Policy
TotallyShoes.co.uk operate an open PPC policy.

Validation of sales
The Validation of sales is automatic 14 days
The reason being is in case of fraudulent orders.

Commission claw backs
Where by an order is fraudulent, where by a customer returns an order.
This will be reviewed periodically from the merchant and affiliate perspective.

We kindly request that affiliates promote totallyshoes.co.uk in accordance with their website in terms of products and offers.
In other words, please do not mislead your visitors either by misquoting prices or promotions. Please do try to keep your
website up to date. The reason for this is because, if you have an old promotion on your website example
get 15% off and its expired, we risk upsetting your referred visitors and this will also mean customer services
will have to divert their attention from their daily tasks and try and track down the source of misinformation.

Responsibility.
Affiliates are responsible for their own website content.
Affiliates are responsible for setting up their own affiliate tracking links, if in doubt ask.
The Affiliate Network are responsible for paying affiliate commissions, TotallyShoes.co.uk are responsible for paying
affiliate networks on time so they can pay affiliates. TotallyShoes.co.uk will endeavour to notify affiliates well in advance
of any down time. In the event of unavoidable down time for a long period of time, affiliates will be compensated according
to the rules of compensation as set out by the affiliate network, in this case PaidonResults.com.

Commissions
Affiliates can request payment of commissions they have accrued at any time and providing they meet the affiliate networks threshold
of £25.00. Please note affiliates are subject to the affiliate networks own terms and conditions.
