Well, what a lovely e-mail you have sent re my recent order. I have shopped for many years on the internet and never had such good kind service as this. Your e-mails informing me before the delivery were excellent and now, a courtesy e-mail after the delivery is just a really lovely touch. The order was perfect and I have to say, I think your FREE returns is just fantastic, luckily I have no need to use it but there is not many companies do that.
