The first thing you notice when you put these on is how comfortable they are straight away. It's like walking on air! They are great for brisk walking outdoors as they certainly do work the muscles of the legs - especially the calves. They are of quality construction and seem built to last. Recommended!

Some time ago i decided for health reasons to buy good trainers to resume exercising. I bought a well known brand of trainers and was extremely disappointed by how uncomfortable they were and that put me off exercising. I saw shape-ups at my local shoe shop and they intrigued me enough to research them and order them online. I chose TotallyShoes as I had seen them recommended in a review I read and ordered them. I ordered them on a Friday afternoon and got them the following morning, and I live in Northern Ireland! I was very impressed with the service. The shapeups are the most comfortable trainers I have ever had and I wear them all the time. I exercise with them on a cross-trainer every day and I go walking wearing them. I would say that they are best used while walking as it is then that you feel their real benefit. You can definitely feel your calves, thighs and bum aching as you walk. A great buy, at a great price from a very effective retailing company. Great choice, I'd say!

Ordered before 12 one day, the shoes arrived before 12 the next, exceptional delivery performance. The Shape Ups Were a present for my wife, quality product, and very comfortable too - she's very pleased.
